Welcome to my little corner for thoughts on UFOs, UAPs, and the possibility of extraterrestrial life. I've been interested on and off for decades. It seems that there is an elevated interest lately, here is my take...
One of the last days of school in 11th grade, our industrial arts teacher told us about something he saw while living out in the country (just 2 miles down the road from my house). He described it as an orange ball of light or fire (not the sun) hovering silently in the sky, roughly in the direction of my house. It stayed still for a while... then suddenly shot over the horizon and vanished. No sound, no trail. He wasn't the type to make things up. I've never forgotten it.
(This is Grok's description) In February 2018, SpaceX launched a cherry-red Tesla Roadster into orbit as the dummy payload for the Falcon Heavy test flight. Behind the wheel sits "Starman" β a mannequin in a spacesuit. The car is still out there, cruising through the solar system with David Bowie playing on the stereo (or at least that's the joke).
It's now one of the farthest human-made objects from Earth, occasionally visible to powerful telescopes. Every now and then, someone spots a mysterious red dot in the sky and wonders... could it be mistaken for something else? π

I worked the assembly line at a big manufacturing plant for years. One day, the guy who usually worked the station next to mine didn't show up. When that happens, they pull someone from the labor pool to fill in. I'll call the replacement Bob (can't remember his real name).
Bob and I got chatting β that's what happens when you're side-by-side all day, shooting screws into appliances. Somehow the topic of UFOs came up (might've even been me who brought it). That got his attention, and he launched into his own story.
He told me he and a buddy were parked in his truck one night when they spotted a strange light off in the distance. Curious, Bob flashed his headlights on and off at it. To their shock, the light shot straight toward them at incredible speed and hovered right above the truck.
All they could see were lights arranged in a perfect circle, with smaller lights inside each one β glowing, silent, massive.
I asked what they did next. Bob said his friend was freaking out, yelling to get the hell out of there. But Bob was mesmerized β he didn't want to leave. He was just about to get out of the truck for a closer look when... poof. The lights vanished. Like someone flipped a switch. Total darkness. Nothing left.
It never happened again, and that was it.
I'm usually pretty good at reading people β whether they're spinning a yarn or telling the truth. Bob came across as dead serious. But hey, you never really know. Just one of those stories you hear on the assembly line...
I drove school bus in Tennessee for several years. A fellow bus driver shared a picture taken by his son on his way to work one morning. This photo was taken by Jack Watkins Jr. over Brooklyn, New York. It looks like a strange streak or portal in the sky. The official explanation is a "fallstreak hole" (a weather phenomenon), but... I'd rather think it could be something more mysterious. π

So, there's a lot of discussion lately about the documentary 'The Age of Disclosure'. I haven't watched it but it's on Amazon Prime at the moment. I probably won't watch it since I've watched hours of UFO stories and documentaries already. Some of the big names in ufology that I'm familiar with are Richard Dolan, Jacques Vallee, James Fox, Nick Pope, Dr. Steven Greer, Jeremy Corbell, George Knapp, Tom DeLonge and of course Bob Lazar. Let's not forget John E. Mack. There are several more but too many to list.
I'm just saying that I've been around the block a couple of times with this UFO thing. The thing that I notice is there's never 'in your face' hard proof. I do believe something is going on, but is it aliens? Interdimensional entities, angels and demons? Who knows... I don't think it is 'aliens' from other planets. Why would they play 'hide and seek' like they do with us? It's like they're toying with us. If we visited an alien planet, would we hide from the natives?
A new guy on the block is Chris Bledsoe and his 'lady'. I find him interesting. One moment you're thinking nonsense, but then the next it seems that he has something. I've read his book and he makes some pretty wild claims. He seems to be able to make 'orbs' appear on demand. Back in 1989 Bob Lazar made some pretty wild claims. Things like working at a secret military base, working on flying saucers, attempting to reverse engineer the propulsion system of a flying saucer and working with a yet unknown element, element 115. He claimed to work close to Area 51 at a site called S-4. At the time of his revealing no one even knew Area 51 existed let alone S-4. He ended up getting in trouble for revealing top secret government information and claims his life was threatened. He claims his very existence was erased by the government, school records, employment records, etc. The following YouTube video was posted by Derek Van Schaik who looks at people's 'body language' to determine if they are telling the truth.
